For nearly 25 years, Eric Miller served as a Special Agent with the United States Department of Justice. He worked in some of America’s most volatile regions, conducting undercover operations, discreet surveillance, and complex criminal investigations that helped put violent offenders behind bars. Following the September 11, 2001, attacks, he was selected for an elite federal team to execute the TOPOFF2 Nationwide Terrorist Threat Response. He was later deployed to New Orleans to combat surging gang violence, and he then advanced to become a Supervisory Special Agent and Branch Chief, where he designed and led an award-winning national initiative that dramatically reduced government waste.
After a very distinguished Federal career, Eric transitioned to the private sector, working for several years with Valley Investigations and Ethos Risk Services before founding Miller Investigations, LLC.

In 2016 as an ATF Supervisory Special Agent, Eric Miller was the recipient of the Bureau of ATF’s highest honor - the ATF Director’s Award.
First day as a special agent in Chicago, IL; taken with his father in Union Station.
A parting gift from his fellow agents as he left the Cincinnati Field Office and promoted to a position in Washington, DC.
As a Supervisory Special Agent, he was presented with the Attorney General’s Distinguished Service Award by US Attorney General Jeff Sessions in Washington, DC (2018).
